Important information regarding Canada Post disruptions
There is no impact on orders not destined for a P.O. box or remote area. However, due to the strike and ongoing disruption of Canada Post services, we will be unable to ship to P.O. boxes. A valid street address will be required for all orders during this period.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines
The following mailing dates are suggested by Canada Post to ensure your shipments arrive for Christmas.If you would like your order shipped XpressPost or Priority, please email or call us and we will let you know the additional charge. Orders for in stock items must be received by 10am on the deadline date to ensure shipment on that date. We cannot guarantee delivery times.

With Christmas just around the corner, we really want to encourage all orders to be in by the end of November. Increasingly, we will see slow downs in shipping times from carriers and, due to the high volume of shipments across North America, providers are not guaranteeing shipment dates. We encourage you to order early to get stock while we have it as we are selling out of some items. For items made in Canada, it will be first come first serve and if those items sell out we will put them into production again but it may mean a week or so to have them produced and then shipped.
Our team is going to do the best we can to get shipments out in a timely manner and communicate with you on any delays. We appreciate your understanding and support. We are all committed to providing you with the best possible service during this busy and somewhat unpredictable time.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
We ship orders Monday, Wednesday and Friday via Canada Post. If your order misses the cut-off (around 1:30pm) it will be shipped on the next ‘shipping’ day. Customers in the US will receive their orders via United States Postal Service. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address supplied when the order is shipped.Use the Canada Post tracking service or USPS if the shipping destination is the USA.
If you need your order rushed, just email or call us. We will do our best to get it out the same day. We ship Canada Post expedited and delivery times are normally within 3-4 business days within Canada (5-7 days to remote areas) and 5-7 business days to the USA.
Your order may be subject to duties and taxes by the destination country. As the recipient of this order you are responsible for the payment of any duties or taxes.
Please note: If you have ordered prescription lenses they will generally be filled and shipped within 7 to 12 business days from the date of ordering.
Canada and the USA
- FREE shipping on orders $150 and over.
- Otherwise a flat rate of $12.95 for North American addresses.
- We subsidize shipping up to a total of $25. If your order is oversized or requires an additional remote coverage fee (ie if your postal code has the digit ZERO (0) in it), you will be notified of the shipping amount for pre-approval before it is sent. We will always do our best to find a competitive shipping rate for you. Please email or call with any questions regarding our products or status of your order.
International
- A flat rate of $35.00 per order will be charged. If your shipping location requires an excess cost, you will be notified of the extra shipping amount for pre-approval before it is sent.
Returns and Exchange Policy
For Optical Frames ordered with prescription lenses:
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for our Rx eyewear with lenses.
Please note that if you are ordering multiple pairs of Rx eyewear, we can only refund the cost of one Rx lens per order. After the 30-day grace period has elapsed we will not accept the return of frames with custom lenses for a refund.
For frames only and other items:
You can return any frames that do not work for you that have been purchased in the last 90 days for a refund, credit, or exchange providing the merchandise is in new condition, has original tags on and has not been worn. Once we receive them back we will process a refund based on your payment method.
For Gift and Apparel Items, our return policy is 30 days from date of purchase. Note that items must be unused, fully intact, and include any bags/tags etc that came with the purchase in order to receive a refund.
If you wish to exchange the frames for another style, just let us know and we will send you the exchanged pair as soon as we get back the first ones. We will let you know if there is any balance owing or due.
Return postage (with tracking) is the responsibility of the customer. For returns from the USA, please send via USPS to the address below and clearly indicate on the customs form that the product is being returned (or for exchange) to avoid duty and brokerage charges.
For 2 for 1 Sales, both items must be returned for a refund. No partial refunds for 2 for 1 Sales. Note that earrings and rainhats are non-returnable due to sanitary and safety reasons.
